Game Tools & Redeem Guide is offered on Google Play by Mixomni (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and what controls you have.

This policy applies to the Game Tools & Redeem Guide mobile application and related backend endpoints (including /content, /guest/register, /support/message, and /delete).

1. Data We Collect

• Guest ID (UUID): a random identifier generated on-device to support app session flows.
• Push notification data: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration token, if available.
• Support content: messages you send through Help & Support, including related guest ID.
• Technical metadata: platform and app version associated with backend requests.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data categories (such as health, payment card, government ID, or precise location data) through Game Tools & Redeem Guide.

2. How We Use Data

• Provide core app functionality in guest mode.
• Register and maintain push messaging delivery.
• Respond to user support requests.
• Maintain service stability, security, and abuse prevention.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce platform policies.

3. Legal Bases (Where Applicable)

Depending on your jurisdiction, we process data under one or more legal bases: performance of service, legitimate interests (service security and reliability), consent (for notification permissions where required), and legal compliance.

4. Data Sharing and Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We may process data via service providers needed to operate the app, including:

• Firebase Cloud Messaging: for push token management and message delivery.
• Firebase/Firestore: for guest record and support message storage.
• Hosting/Infrastructure providers: to run API endpoints and policy pages.

These providers may process data as independent controllers or processors according to their own terms and applicable law.

5. Data Retention

• Guest and support records are retained as needed for service continuity and support operations.
• FCM tokens may be rotated or invalidated by Firebase and should be considered temporary technical identifiers.
• When you request account deletion from inside the app, backend guest records are removed from our collection workflow.
• Backups and provider-level retention may continue for limited periods under provider policies.

6. Your Choices and Rights

• Notifications: you can disable notifications from app settings and/or device settings.
• Account deletion: available in the app's Account Security flow.
• Policy consent: first-launch policy consent is required before app access.

If local law grants additional rights (such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability), you may submit a request via in-app support.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including authenticated backend access, service-account controls, and constrained operational access. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

Game Tools & Redeem Guide is not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law in your region. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us through in-app support so we can review and delete where appropriate.

9. International Transfers

Depending on your location and provider infrastructure, data may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on appropriate safeguards where required by law.
